The third stage of this model is called
'Action Planning.'
This stage includes planning the actions to achieve the desired result. In this case, Sammy has to think
1. What are all the possible ways available to her that might help her deal with this situation
2. Which way seems the best to her
3. What are her expectations out of this action planning
4. When does she expect to begin the process, and how will she go step by step?
After these points have been discussed with Sammy, the counselor must have a regular check on her to not distract herself and lose track.
