I don't agree with the statement that when we don't understand each others language we are now different from them. This is because everybody has the mandate to respect other people culture but not observing them as different.

We are not different when our language differ because every nation has people who speak and have different ways of doing things and therefore instead seeing them as different we should respect their way of living and get in touch with them to know why they do things the way they do and even learn their language and culture.

when we do not understand other people's language it does not mean that we are different instead it gives a priority for us to promote unity by speaking the national language that has been chosen by the nation to be the national language.

Finally, people with different languages are not different because people from different diversities have worked together as a team and performed their best without showing any form of indifference.
