Elaborate on one aspect of politeness where a specific student was demonstrating polite or impolite behaviour and how it impacted you or made you feel.

There are two aspects of politeness that is positive politeness and negative politeness.

My case will emphasize positive politeness which is all about the individual's need for his or her wishes and desires to be cherished in a social context. This is the preservation of a positive and consistent self-image.

For example, one day I gave one of my students a mathematics paper to help me in finding the answers, she responded in a polite manner by accepting to do the task I had assigned to her and also giving back excellent work in return. "You know it's always important to me to do the best I can”, this was the feedback she gave after congratulating her and it had a positive impact on me as a teacher.
