I will describe what motivates good and bad behavior in the classroom using reinforcement theory. The idea proposes a system for influencing learners' behavior via reinforcement, punishment, and extinction. I will use positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior and negative reinforcement to discourage bad behavior in my learners. Besides, I will use extinction to eliminate rewards that encourage bad behavior. The students will be able to choose which activities have had the most favorable results in the past. Moreover, both restraining and driving forces will facilitate the addition or removal of specific stimuli.
