To solve the issue, proper rehersal and recitation of the play is important. Also, one can limit the intake of caffeine and sugar to ensure that they maintain normal heatbeats.

Note that approach coping is any strategy for managing a stressful event or situation in which a person actively focuses on the problematic event or situation. The approach strategy is the most suitable approach in dealing with stress related to illness. It focuses on eliminating the stressor thus improving the health of the individual.
