Resilence is that ineffable quality that allows some individual to be knocked down by life and later bounce back stronger than ever. Rather than letting failure overcome them and drain their resolve, the individual find a way to rise from the ashes.
Resiliency also help us tackle mental health struggles such as PTSD, depression, or anxiety. Learning to increase resiliency is often part of many different treatment plans for mental health struggles.
Resilience is our ability to bounce back. It refers to our capacity to deal with hard stuff and difficult situations, when they come our way. The more resilience we have, the less debilitating is the effect any stress can have on us.
