Yes, there are some models of pc keyboards with a built-in calculator on the market. Such keyboards have a display above the number pad of keys, and a button to switch the input mode. Unfortunately, there is no power symbol in the standard layout of this block, so the user have to apply other mathematical operations to find the power of a number (e. g. to take the square of 5, one should type '5', '*', '5', and it should display 25).
Nevertheless, such calculators are very rare, and they don't support float or negative numbers, and the alternatives are to use a professional calculator, or a basic OS application, or a favourite web engine (e.g. google.com/search?q=y%3Dx^2 or search.yahoo.com/search?p=3.14+^+(-2.72)).
