the project. A WBS is a very useful tool for estimating the amount of work to be done and to

create a detailed work schedule.

As part of your project team you have been tasked to create the WBS for the SRS system. Marks

will be awarded as follows.

Criteria Mark Allocation

All phases of SDLC included in WBS as tasks 5

At least five activities included in each task 5

Start Date and End Date indicated on all tasks 4

Task Dependencies indicated (where necessary) 4

All activities identified follow a logical flow 2
