Question #243857

What do you understand by inconsistency in requirement? Explain it with suitable example?

Expert's answer

The inconsistency in requirements is ambiguity, contradictions, conflicts, new concepts torn out of context, in the requirements for the software product. The example is a game where the user is implied to use mods (modifications for the game), but the memory limit is so small that only one or two mods can be used per a game session.
