what major technical and nontechnical factors hinder software reuse do you personally reuse much software and , if not , why not?r

Some factors that hinder software reuse:

• different hardware
• different operating systems
• users of different levels of knowledge
• the need to refactor the code

I do not reuse much software, although in my studies I reuse plans, documentation, requirements for software.
