1. Indentify the user for this form. You may have to research the form, use the web address given.

2. For EACH of the users identified, create a BASIC E-R diagram for the specific tables and operations THEY need it for. If there is an overlap, highlight that table in some form. You answer should be an E-R diagram drawn any way possible. Make sure to identify keys and foreign keys.

3. Merge all creations into ONE database.

4. Identify ALL:

a. one to one tables
b. many to many tables
c. secondary keys
d. primary and foreign keys
