a) OVERVIEW
The use of this policy document is for establishing acceptable and unacceptable usage of electronic devices: Websites: and network resources at OURPRODUCT in accordance with its well established culture in ethical and good behavior: integrity, openness and trust.
OURPRODUCT is providing computer devices,network, and also other information systems in order to meet goals, missions, and also initiatives that must manage them to maintain availability, confidentiality and integrity. This policy demands the users to comply with company established policies and protects the company against legal issues.
b) SCOPE
All contractors, permanent employees, temporary workers and others at OURPRODUCT, includes all parties must follow the specific policies. This policy covers all the assets owned by OURPRODUCT and also to the devices that reside in OURPRODUCT and connect to the OURPRODUCT site.
c) POLICY
Internet use during breaks: The internet can be making usable for students & employees for their personal purpose works during break timings. And, employees and students should avoid the usage of internet during the normal working hours for entertainment & other purposes. For internet access, they can use company devices by getting registered in appropriate function.
Use of Smart Devices: Smart devices usage during working hours and in the premises of company is being restricted. Switching of the devices as long as they will be in the premises of institute or company is benefitial to both students and other employees as well.
Social Media: If you are getting registered and want to use company or institute devices, then accessing the social media is very strictly prohibited. Only in the break timings and that too from personal devices only its allowable.
d) ENFORCEMENT
Any violation created by the above policies by any of the employee, worker or student will be terminated immediately. Even the same is applicable with vendors as well. They need to immediately close their contract assignment with OURPRODUCT and leave.
