Hi there,

I was wondering if this idea can be done by using C++.
First i would like to transfare the a database D from real values to matrix (0,1) based on the caretaria such as missing values, out of range will be 1 and the normal values will be 0. Then, i would like to do the follwing:
1. Now i have the D in (0,1) format which we call it D1 or the orginal data.
2. Randomely replace 0 values with 1 by increase 2%,5%, and so on and save the table in SQL table as D2,D3, etc.
