month and this month will determine the electricity consumption for the month.
Rate to be charged is as follows:

Units Rate
The first 100 units 30 cents / unit
101 to 150 units 35 cents / unit
More than 150 units 40 cents / unit

To calculate the fee, user is required to input the number of units last month and the
number of units this month. User is also required to calculate the electricity
consumption for the month. Once the fee is calculated, display the fee charged to
the user.
