The starting IP address of the class B is 128.0.0.0 to 191.255.255.255

Hence, we can say that in our case IP address will start from 128.0.0.0

Headquarter required 2000 addresses, so the nearest size is "2^{11}=2048"

So, IP of headquarter starts from 128.0.0 to 128.0.7. 255, here 48 address will be unused.

Branch A required 800 addresses, so nearest block size "=2^{10}=1024"

Starting IP of branch A 128.0.8.0 to 128.0.11.255, for this unused address 224

Branch B required 300 address it means nearest size "2^{9}=512"

Starting IP of branch B 128.0.12.0 to 128.0.13.255, for this unused address 212

Branch C required 200 address it means nearest size "2^{8}=256"

Starting IP of branch B 128.0.14.0 to 128.0.14.255, for this unused address 56

Branch C required 120 address it means nearest size "2^{7}=128"

Starting IP of branch B 128.0.15.0 to 128.0.15.127, for this unused address 8
