Create a c program to build and maintain a "data dictionary" of student exam scores for students in my classes over the last (next?) 20 years. Think of this as my career-long list of students' exam achievements. And I want to be able to add new students' records to the data dictionary and to look up a student's exam scores from the time they took my class. That way if I need to look for a student who took a class with me 20 years ago, I can look up his/her exam scores.
