I have this C programming assignment which I have no time to do as my Uni workload is too much.
I need experienced C programmer so I won't have to pay too much. I do want to get a quote first too.

Assignment: IMAGE PROCESSING.
1- Read and print a panda image: where the input image is run-length encoded.
2- Edge Detection: (gradient image)
3- Antialising.
