Receiving the following error when trying to open an application (Cronometer):

java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0

I keep receiving the error when I try to open the application. I uninstalled and re installed Java AND the application, I removed the application from registration, I updated Java and non of them worked. What can I do?
