However, the reforms have increased internal political self-governance, responsible legislature and the cabinet. The constitutional meetings by the legislature has resulted independent proceedings which has given the Caribbean to seek for democratic independence. Democracy has been an important aspect of the international relations in the past decades. The Caribbean states represent unusual democracy for the scholars.
