how CARICOM can play a greater role in the fight against Covid 19 and climate changeÂ
The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) refers to a grouping comprising of twenty countries with fifteen member states and five associate members. It was established in 1973 and it has place a significant role in fighting Covid 19 and climate change.
CARICOM has pushed for relief packages of atleast 10% of the global economy as well as advocating for debt relief.
On climate change they have charted ways of recovery on decarbonization to accelerate global economy.
