Bob picked 2 coconuts that were the same size but had different masses. his friend Jimmy was under the tree waiting for Bob to droop the coconuts. Bob said he was going to droop both coconuts at the same time but because they have different masses they would hit the ground at different speeds. Explain what physics Bob does not understand about the coconuts.

All objects near the Earth have the same acceleration – g. Thus, when Bob drop both coconuts at the same time from the same height masses they would hit the ground at the same speed.
