This symbol is called triple sign and means equivalence. For example, we can't write "10 m/s = 36 km/h" because this is not true mathematically. However, we can write "10 m/s ≡ 36 km/h" because 10 m/s are equivalent to 36 km/h because this is the same velocity, but in different units of measurement.
