Question

An auto forum member posted a picture of his car after being washed and dried. His hood was raised and you could see a rainbow reflection in the paint work a kin to a Brevais' arc. Yet when he turned to look at the sky. there was no arc present. There was only an arc visible when looking at the hoods paint. The paint was extremely smooth and shiny.
