Why don't we feel cool when we are in front of sunshine, while evaporation is also taking place so rapidly?

Evaporation from the human body surface leads to a decrease in body temperature. So after taking a shower or bath, we feel cool. Sunshine accelerates the evaporation process. Sunlight also heats the human body. So we don't feel cool when we are in front of sunshine.
