A ring of mass 1kg radius 1m is moving with velocity of 1m /s by rolling on frictionless inclined plane .total kinetic energy of the ring is ?????????????????????
a wheel of moment of inertia 30kg m square is rotating at 10 rotation per minute .the work done in increasing its speed to 5 times its intial value will be ??????????????????????/
a person holds ablock weighing 4kg between his hands and keeps it from falling down by pressing it with his hands .if the force exerted by each hand is 50n,find the coefficient of friction between the hand and the block.
Petrol density=800kg\m3 Water density = 1000kg/m3 Q)a) which has more mass 1 m3 of petrol or 1 m3 of petrol

b)which has more volume 1 kg of petrol or 1 kg of water

Q)2) how to claculate volume with density and mass?
A pile of bricks A is placed on a steel girder which is lying on top of a building and sticking out. These bricks have a total weight of 500 N. The girder is marked at regular intervals along its length.
The girder has a point B at the point at the top of the building where it is sticking out which can be taken as the pivot. From this point, the pile of bricks A is placed 4 m away in the right side of the girder.

(a)Calculate the clockwise moment of the pile of bricks A about the point B.

(b)Explain using the principle of moments, why it is not possible to balance the the girder by placing a pile of bricks C of weight 1000 N some distance away from point B on the left side of the point on the portion of the girder lying above the building.
(a) The picture shows a small jet plane which can carry six people.
When taking off fully loaded the mass of the plane is 2560 kg. The two jet engines
can exert a total thrust force of 8000 N and the friction force between the wheels and
the ground is 340 N. Both forces remain constant at these values during take off.
(i) Calculate the acceleration of the plane as it starts to move.

A stone thrown from the surface of the earth at a speed of 10m / s at an angle of 600 to the horizontal. The radius of curvature of the upper root point of the trajectory
Find the resultant displacement of a bear searching for berries on the mountain. The bear heads 55.0ยบ north of west for 15.0 m; then it turns and heads to the west for another 7.00 m
You have a boat with a motor that propels it at vboat = 4.5 m/s relative to the water. You point it directly across the river and find that when you reach the other side, you have traveled a total distance of 27 m (indicated by the dotted line in the diagram) and wound up 14 m downstream. What is the speed of the current?
Runner A is initially 6.8 km west of a flagpole and is running with a constant velocity of 5.4 km/h due east. Runner B is initially 4.4 km east of the flagpole and is running with a constant velocity of 3.8 km/h due west. What will be the distance of the two runners from the flagpole when their paths cross?
