I want to just ask that does relative velocity exists in everyday life like if I am cycling and a wind is blowing from east. Relative velocity will only be there if wind is strong enough change my motion? RIGHT or its always present .
please help.

Yes, relative velocity exists in everyday life. It is not necessary that the wind has to be strong. Relative velocity exists when relative motion between two particles present.
