sides of 375 mm, if the column contains 4 steel reinforcing rods of diameter 25 mm
as shown in Figure 5, determine the stress in each material and the amount of
compression when carrying a compressive load of 600 KN. For steel E=200 GPa and
for concrete E=13.8 GPa.
