Is interference a property of some types of waves only or is it a property of all types of waves?

All kind of waves can show the interference. This could be, for example, light, radio, acoustic, surface water waves, gravity waves, or matter waves. But only one condition: these waves should be coherent (similar frequency and constant phase shift).
