Theoretically, If there are unlimited supply of electrons in a conductor then the conductor will be highly good conductor of electricity because of high availability of electron.

Conductor will be very malleable because of the drifting electrons will be good and the cations slide easily past each other.

Conductor will be very good reflector because of availability of electrons which does not pass the photon through the surface.

Due to Gauss's law ,net charge on the conductor will be in surface and it will be negative.
