1. Location. a) Location of planetary system in Galaxy. We are located between spiral arms, as following we are far from zones of star formation that produce huge amount of cosmic rays (radiation kills life). b) Location in planetary system. Earth is located in so called "habitable zone". It is zone where energy from Sun allows to keep water on the planet in liquid state (farther from habitable zone - water freezes, closer to the Sun - it evaporates).
2. Metallic core that creates magnetic shield. This magnetic shield protects alive creations from solar radiation. Sun produces a lot of comic rays among which there are charged particles. Those particles are deflected by magnetic field.
3. Perfect satellite. Moon plays an important role for the Earth. It stabilizes Earth's orbital axis, cases tides (that is necessary for some regions without constant water supply). Without Moon our climate would be much more extreme.
