1. However, the actual and urgent difficulty with egoism is that humans do not reside in self-contained societies. Rather, we dwell in constantly congested societies where societal, intellectual, or even morally independence is the norm, and where identity constantly clash and should be resolved in some way.

2.The belief that human behaviors and decisions are caused by variables and factors over which an individual has no real authority. Soft pessimism is the opposite of hard authoritarianism.

3.Husserl claimed that philosophy should only establish its unique separate and logical science by deferring or aperture the natural viewpoint, and that existentialism is a science of awareness rather than real facts.

4.Reveals that we would simply adopt normative egoism if there are compelling justifications for it.

5.Hegel sees history as a comprehensible tendency leading to a certain affliction: the attainment of human liberty.
