There are 2 major approaches in doing Philosophy: Speculative Philosophy and Analytical Philosophy. In your own perspective, how will you differentiate these two approaches using one scenario that happened in your life?

Speculation is to wonder why things are the way they are. Then analysis is to use logical premises to deduce a conclusion why things are the way they are. Scenario: when I my best friend left me without giving any reason, I was left speculating where I went wrong without any genuine answer. But when I started analysing the previous statements and behavior towards me, I later the writings were all over on the wall,, we were not meant for each other.
