Differences in perceptions can be addressed by increasing awareness, being conscious of our influence on others, and learning to decipher other people's verbal and nonverbal cues. I can also address our differences in perception by knowing the impact of stress on us and how this looks to others, being recognizable in strategic situations, and encouraging feedback from individuals we value without making irrational demands.
