Empiricism has a great role in education, learning and teaching since it is the basis of knowledge. Expiricism has led to the view that education is a way of giving knowledge to those who lack it. Therefore a person can just use his/her sensory experience to teach another person because they have ability to teach. Subsequently, teaching and learning is improved if identifiable traits of teaching is combined with theory. In addition, since empiricism is the foundation of creativity, teaching and learning is boosted as a result of gained ideas. Generally, empiricism advances education since teaching and learning depends on both observation and perception.
