It is said that rationalism usually based knowledge on reason and instead empiricism on learning experience, what does it mean to 'Know'
According to philosophy, rationalism based on knowledge implies that to know means that one must be able to state the reasons for and against everything he/she does. Rationalism is the philosophical view that knowledge is acquired through reason, without the aid of the senses. Holding that reality itself has an inherently logical structure, the rationalist asserts that a class of truths exists that the intellect can grasp directly. According to philosophy and Socrates thought; we must be able to "give an account of what we know that is to explain and defend in cross-questioning what we know to others. For Plato, knowledge is justified, true belief. Reason and the Forms. Since truth is objective, our knowledge of true propositions must be about real things.
