First, we number the 50 subjects serially in a suitable order from 1 to 50. Then we draw two digited numbers from the random table row-wise (or column-wise). We will take a number from 0 to 99. The remainder varies from 0 to 49. 0 remainder is taken to mean number 50. Now, we take 25 subjects corresponding to the first 25 random numbers for Group 1 and the remaining 25 subjects for group 2.
