b) 1 because there is a possibility of 0,1 or 2 legs

d) 2 , because for a data set, median may be thought of as the "middle" value. We have a very little amount of "0" and "1", and most of all are "2", so it is our median value.  We have enough information about possible values - '0' or '1' or '2'. Also it cannot be 1.999 of legs, and value 1 we have only in the beginning of the set, according to the mean
