In Euclidean geometry, when they say a line intersects or bisects, do any of these terms means that it is at 90 degrees? Maybe when they say a line bisects, does it mean 90 degrees?

No, a bisector need not intersect a given line at "90^\\omicron" which means every bisector need not be perpendicular.

Perpendicular bisectors or intersections are a specific type of bisectors.

For example, medians in a triangle are side bisectors however they are not always perpendicular, which is a commonly known fact.
