How do I draw a Shape 1metre in length, in my homework book? A regular shape that big will not fit in my homework book, so I need an irregular shape ideas.

If the question is so straight forward as you it was formulated, then it is not possible to fit the shape in the notebook anyway. However, if you meant by term length of shape its perimeter, then you should write down some of the following shapes: 5 vertices star, ten vertices star etc:

You can even take a square with 25 cm side (there are such slightly larger notebooks, A3 size):
