A store sells custom-made stands for tablet computers. When an order comes in, the customer specifies the angle at which the stand should hold the tablet. Then an employee bends a piece of aluminum to the correct angle to make the stand . The figure shows the templates that the employee uses to make a 60° stand and a 40° stand. 40 The store receives an order for a 50stand. The employee does not have a template for a 50" stand and does not have a protractor . Can the employee use the existing templates and a compass and straightedge to make a template for a 50^ - so, explain how and show the steps the employee should use. If not explain why not.

First add the angles so that it becomes 100, for instance, 60+40=100
Then bisect the angle using compass and straightedge. For bisecting an angle ,first use compass pointing at the vertex of the angle and make an arc at any radius to make two intersection .Points on the side of the angle they make an arc at there intersection points with the same radius .Make sure these arcs with each other
lastly , using a straightedge , connect the vertex of the angle and intersection point of the arc. Measure both angles and you will get 50°
