(a) In this case, if we prove any one value true then whole predicate function will become true.

2(0) =3(0)

therefore it is true.

(b) In this case, all values should be true. if any one value becomes false then the predicate function Will be false.

so, if we take integer -1

3(-1)≤ 4(-1)

so it is false.
