p:  Mindanao is an island in the Philippines.

p is a proposition, and its truth value is TRUE.

q: Find a number which divides your age.

Since q is not a statement that can be either true or false, q is not a proposition.

r: My seatmate will get a perfect score in the Logic exam.

r is a proposition because of my seatmate either get a perfect score in the Logic exam, or not. If he get a perfect score in the Logic exam, then r is TRUE, else r is False.

s: Welcome to the Philippines!

Since s is not a statement that can be either true or false, s is not a proposition.
