Reflect on the concepts of trigonometry. What concepts (only the names) did you need to accommodate the concepts of trigonometry in your mind?

Trigonometry is the branch of mathematics that deals with the triangles sides and its angles. As the the name suggest 'Trigno' triangle study and 'metry' sides and angle measurement. The concepts of trigonometry are very well adapted in civil engineering and in other engineering application in estimating the height, distance, angle of elevation/depression etc.

What are the simplest trigonometry concepts you can imagine?

Height and distance is the simplest concept that can be explored using trigonometry if some conditions are known, like for example, if angle of depression from a tall building is known at a certain known distance, then the building height can be calculated..

In your day to day, is there any occurring fact that can be interpreted as periodic patterns?

Application of Trigonometry in daily life: Estimating the height of tides in oceans, sine and cosine periodic functions are the backbone of digital signal processing (DSP) , Roof's height and inclination measurement, naval and aviation industries, cartography (creation of maps).

What strategy are you using to get the graphs of trigonometric functions?

Trigonometric graphs are more or less periodic in nature like sine and cosine functions. The furrier transform use the concept of sine and cosine periodicity. The FFT concept can break each real life signal into periodic sine and cosine terms, and thereby giving frequency analysis of the real life signals.
