Answer to the second question: First, you need to prove the proportionality of the relationship. We do the same as in the first question. We get that the relationship is proportional and will be equal to 3/5. Hence the answer is 0,6.
The answer to the third question: Since Louis has a non-proportional relationship, and Carly has a proportional relationship, then we can't compare Luis and Carly’s unit rates for folding clothes.
