Professional code of conduct is a document containing a guide on how employees are supposed and expected to act of behalf of their company. This includes the image they portray to others on behalf of the organization. Professional codes of conduct also guide employees on how the should handle issues of safety, harassment, and conflict of interest. They are mainly standards practices.
