Unsatisfactory job is when a worker does not meet the requirements for a particular assigned task. In the case above, the boss will do an assessment to verify whether the worker had the correct skills and knowledge as pertains the role of the worker. Therefore, the boss might dismiss or give the worker another chance to improve if the roles were not well explained in the first place.
