Research: This involves gathering information about various care models available and the prices before deciding on one.

Financing: It would be necessary to identify source of money that will help me acquire the car. I can either borrow or obtain from my savings.

Buying versus Leasing: Having considered the available finances, I can either decide to buy or lease the identified car

Negotiation: I would engage in a rigorous negotiation of the car price to get the best deal out of it.

Precaution: I would inspect the car to determine its efficiency and condition.

Payment: It would be necessary to determine the final amount to be paid and disburse it to the seller.

Other Costs:  Finally, I would examine other expenses that may come with purchasing the car including fuel, insurance and maintenance costs.
