My concept paper is about the development of Apple iPhone. For Apple Company to design the best way to advertise their iPhone product, they need to identify the needs of the various customers that they are targeting. These have to be both the primary and secondary desires so that one can depend on them to convince prospect clients that their iPhone products are the best preference there is in the market. Like Coca-Cola, Apple Company has a huge market.
