Strategic control, on one hand, is organization planned process is aimed at laying the foundation for effective implementation of the long-term strategic plan. Organization structure, on the other hand, is the approach that an organization has aligned its resources to deliver on predetermined goals. Strategic control is a subset of the strategic plan of the organization. It is part of the constructs that define the number of organizational resources needed, how they should be used and for how long, in order to effectively contribute deliver on strategic plan. Therefore, because organization structure is the layout of its assets, employees, and time, strategic controls define how it will be each of the variables will be instilled within the organization, in the end, influencing the formation of organization structure.
