The government, on the other hand, benefits from reduced manual filing and documentation process, that in turn reduces costs of operation on long term basis. Additionally, the government can also be in a position to track the tax returns in real-time, because most of the processes will have been automated from both the users and the government end. This can be an ideal tool for monitoring and evaluating taxation processes.
